In line with the Health Service Executive (HSE) guidelines, we are excited to announce that the scheduled pay scale increase for nursing staff has been successfully implemented, effective from October 1st, 2024.
What Does the HSE Pay Increase Mean for Our Nurses?
As of October 1st, all nursing staff working with Clarity Locums in HSE facilities will see an adjustment in their pay rates, reflecting the new HSE pay scales. This increase is part of the national agreement to enhance compensation for nurses, ensuring they are rewarded for their dedication and hard work in the public healthcare system.
How We’ve Implemented the Pay Increase:
1. Immediate Effectiveness
The pay scale adjustments have been rolled out immediately after announcement from the HSE. This ensures that all eligible nursing staff are receiving their increased rates without any delay.

Every nurse contracted with Clarity Locums has had their hourly rate updated according to the new HSE guidelines. These adjustments vary based on grade and role but ensure that all nursing professionals are fairly compensated according to their level of experience and responsibility.
