John was Practice Liaison Pharmacist on the National Pharmacist Internship Programme (RCSI) and continues to work as Pharmacy Consultant specialising in education, training and audit. John is a Past President of Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Justin Polley

Managing Director - New Zealand

Justin is responsible for the company’s New Zealand operation, including day-to-day management, business development, and support. He previously worked as a locum pharmacist in Ireland before moving to New Zealand in 2019 to manage a pharmacy, and visit the Shire.

Justin earned a Master of Pharmacy degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from University College Cork.

Laura Stoneham

Laura joined Clarity in 2021 as a Locum Coordinator. Coming from a background in homecare recruitment, Laura is a real people person who is determined to provide the best experience for both locums and clients. In her spare time, Laura loves spending time with friends and family, especially her pets, and going to concerts.

Kayleigh Hensey

After coming from a background as Client Care Co-ordinator for Homecare, Kayleigh joined the locum pharmacy team in 2022. Kayleigh is a team player who assists in the locum pharmacist and locum technician bookings alongside any shift queries that come in. She is a motivated and enthusiastic individual who seeks to find the best outcome for both locums and clients alike. When Kayleigh is not working she loves to travel to different countries and experience different cultures. Kayleigh adores her family and her pets!

Graduated back in 2012 with a bachelor's degree. Based in South Wales, with over 7 years experience within the Locum Pharmacist recruitment market, Ade is responsible for the development of the UK & NI department and continuously driving our services forward.In his spare time Ade loves nothing more than cheering on his beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers and spending quality time with his family.

After 2 years at Clarity, Laura leads the Clarity Nursing recruitment team as its Head of Nursing. During her previous years of management, Laura acquired and honed her skills in Customer Service, Human Resources, Operations, Project Management and Recruitment. This, paired with her passion for people and talent building, helps her offer an excellent recruitment experience for both client and candidate alike.

Ana has a B.Sc. in Biology and a post-graduation in Health Data Science. After deciding that lab work was not for her, Ana joined Clarity Locums as an Admin Team Administrator, where she helps all teams (ROI, UK and Nursing) on their daily tasks, and also contributes to keeping Clarity's system updated. She is a highly motivated person, who always tries to help her colleagues when needed and aims to provide the best service to Clarity’s clients. Outside of Clarity, Ana spends her free time reading, cooking and exercising.
