Aug 2021: New Locum App Launch

We are delighted to announce our latest locum app launch. This launch is the culmination of over four months of hard work and testing, the 5 principle features are listed below.

Improved performance - We have redesigned the way the app loads data from the ground up, meaning shifts load far faster than in the past. Performance is still heavily dependent on your internet connection but all things being equal you should see a noticeable improvement in loading speed when using the latest app.

Swap shifts - It's now possible to swap a confirmed shift with a colleague or friend. This very simple process is detailed below.

Step 1 - Enter the shift details screen for the shift you would like to swap and tap the "Swap with another candidate" button at the bottom of the screen.

 Step 2 - Enter the candidate's PSI number, we may also ask for the candidate's email to verify the swap request.

Step 3  You then must confirm that you have the alternative candidate's permission to send them the swap request.

 Once you confirm the invitation to swap an email is sent to the locum to confirm the swap, It's important to note that you will remain booked until the swap is confirmed.

Shift Details - The pharmacy's name is now included in the shift details as per the screenshot below.

Availability upgrades - You can now mark yourself as unavailable as well as available by simply taping the day twice instead of once in the availability section of the app.

Payment details - Payment details for all shifts are now detailed in a separate section in the shift details screen.
