Thanks to feedback from clients we are pleased to be launching our approved locum feature this afternoon. This feature will allow you to engage and retain your favorite locums that have worked in your branches in the past. A guide to how to use this feature is below.
1. Once you enter your account you will see the new approved locum section in the top bar.
2. Any locum who has worked in your stores can now be "Approved". If you approve a locum they will get a congratulation email. If you approve someone in error you can un-approve them within 10 minutes then they won't get this email.
3. Now that you have selected your group of approved locums, when you are listing a shift for a store over 1 week away you will have a tick box to advertise only to "Approved Locums". These locums will then have exclusive access to these shifts for 24 hours.
4. You then set a normal market rate and an approved rate - they can be the same or you can offer an increased rate to incentivize earlier bookings. Once 24 hours have passed the rate will reduce to the market rate you have selected and will be advertised to our entire pool of locums.
