We are delighted to introduce Ciara Murphy as the newest member of the Clarity Locums Nursing team! As our Agency Nurse Coordinator, Ciara brings a wealth of experience and a passion for connecting professionals with the roles they aspire to.
With six years of experience in the healthcare agency sector, Ciara’s journey has been both diverse and impactful. She began her career with a Nursing Agency (that shall not be named - haha!) where she spent three years as a bookings and scheduling coordinator for the South region. She then joined a Healthcare Recruitment Company, where she played a pivotal role as a recruitment consultant, quickly advancing to a 360 recruitment role. Ciara’s dedication and vision were instrumental in building a brand-new healthcare division from the ground up, growing the team from two members to an impressive eight.
Ciara’s enthusiasm for agency work is contagious. She thrives on helping both professionals and clients find solutions tailored to their needs. The recruitment side of her work is particularly rewarding, as she takes pride in supporting staff as they grow, learn, and ultimately secure the roles they’ve been striving for. “It’s such a humble feeling to help someone achieve their goals and know I’ve contributed to their journey,” says Ciara.
