July 2021: Locum profile's and shareable locum referal links

Clarity is delighted to announce the launch of two new innovative features, our locum profile, and locum referral page. We believe these features will enhance both locum and client users' experience when using our booking platform.

The step-by-step guide will help you get started but as always, if you have any questions you can contact us in real-time using the web chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Locum Profile

Our new locum profile feature allows locums to set up a unique profile page, including a photo, personal statement, college of graduation, and your experience to date.

This new section can be found beside the settings section on the top bar of your locum account.

Once you enter this section, the sections are self-explanatory and can be filled out in less than 5 minutes. By way of an example, you can see my profile setup page below.

Once you have completed your profile, you can switch it to "public" via the switch in the top right-hand corner. 

  When your profile is switched to "public" this means that pharmacies will be able to view your profile when you apply for and are confirmed for shifts.

Locum referral page

Once you have completed your profile you can then set up your unique referral link. When you share this unique referral link via your own social media profiles and your own network of pharmacists, technicians or pre-regs anyone who signs up using your link will be automatically linked to your account and you will generate referral income from every shift they work via our referral scheme. 

To do set up your referral link, navigate to the "settings" section and click on the "manage referral page" from the drop-down menu.

When you enter into this section, you can choose what information you want to display on your referral page. In order to generate the most amount of engagement in your referral, we advise you to include as much information as possible including a positive testimonial about Clarity Locums.

You can then copy the referral link by clicking the button in the bottom right hand corner of this section. All you need to do is to post it to Facebook, LinkedIn or email it to your colleagues directly.
