IMVO Webinar: Prepare for the end of FMD 'Use and Learn'

Calling all pharmacies and hospitals!

The Irish Medicines Verification Organisation are hosting weekly webinars until 30th May, to help you prepare for the end of FMD 'use and learn'. The times of these webinars will be varied in order to account for the availability of dispensary staff. Each webinar will cover the same material. You can sign up via the links below.

IIOP webinar – Wednesday 11th May

Chief Executive of the IMVO, Leonie Clarke, is delighted to be taking part in the IIOP ‘In Conversation With …” webinar series next Wednesday (11th May) on the topic of  "Falsified Medicines Directive - Moving beyond the end of the 'use & learn' phase in Ireland".

This will differ to IMVO’s webinars; in addition to a brief review of what is involved in the end of ‘use and learn’, she will provide a broader overview of FMD in Europe and serialisation of medicines globally as well as discussing the potential added value of barcode scanning beyond FMD compliance. The IIOP has already emailed pharmacists with details of this webinar and the registration link is available on the IIOP website.
