As we approach International Nurses Week the 12th of May, Clarity Locums is excited to celebrate the incredible contributions of our dedicated agency nurses. This year’s theme, “Caring for Nurses Strengthens Economies,” highlights the vital role nurses play in healthcare systems worldwide. But while you work tirelessly to care for others, we want to take a moment to focus on you—your well-being, your resilience, and your self-care.

Join Our Self-Care Competition!

We believe that a well-cared-for nurse leads to stronger healthcare, better patient outcomes, and ultimately, a thriving economy. That’s why we’re launching a Self-Care Challenge, where you get the chance to share your best self-care tips and win amazing prizes!

How to Enter:

  • Share Your Best Self-Care Tip – It could be your go-to stress reliever, a wellness habit, a time-management trick, or anything that helps you stay balanced.
  • Get Creative! – You can submit your tip in text, a photo, or a short video.
  • Tag Us & Use the Hashtags – Post on social media and tag @ClarityLocums with the hashtag: #InternationalNursesDay2025
  • Send Your Entry to Us – If you prefer, email your submission to [email protected]

Prizes Up for Grabs!

We’ll be selecting three winners! First prize is a Spa Day Package valued at €300, and the second prize is a luxury self-care package designed to help you unwind and recharge! Third prize is voucher for two holistic mindset coaching sessions with Rebecca Lalor, fellow agency nurse, and wellness coach and Guru

Plus, our favourite submissions will be featured on our website, our internal resource hub for medical professionals and social media.
