John is a Past President of Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

[email protected]Originally from Galway, Declan graduated from the University of Limerick in 2009 with a degree in Business. Declan has worked in sales and management roles in Ireland and the Caribbean across various industries including advertising, media, training, e-commerce, web development and content creation. He has a strong customer focus from working closely with clients to consistently deliver on expectations. Declan is a big sports fan with particular interest in football and GAA.

[email protected]Aoife graduated from DIT in 2018 with a Bachelor's (Hons) in International Hospitality Management. Currently based in our Porto office, she oversees our HR & Compliance team and serves as our Data Privacy Lead. Aoife is passionate about creating a workplace that promotes inclusivity and actively embraces organisational change. Aoife is currently learning how to code as a front-end developer. Outside of work, Aoife enjoys reading, cooking and travelling to new places.

During her previous years of management, Laura acquired and honed her skills in Customer Service, Human Resources, Operations, Project Management and Recruitment. This, paired with her passion for people and talent building, helps her offer an excellent recruitment experience for both client and candidate alike.

[email protected]Ana has a B.Sc. in Biology and a post-graduation in Health Data Science. After deciding that lab work was not for her, Ana joined Clarity Locums as an Admin Team Administrator, where she helps all teams (ROI, UK and Nursing) on their daily tasks, and also contributes to keeping Clarity's system updated. She is a highly motivated person, who always tries to help her colleagues when needed and aims to provide the best service to Clarity’s clients. Outside of Clarity, Ana spends her free time reading, cooking and exercising.

[email protected]Megan is an experienced HR professional with a background in agency recruitment and talent acquisition. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Germanic Studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland. With four years of experience as a recruitment manager before transitioning to in-house talent acquisition and back to agency recruitment, Megan brings a well-rounded perspective to HR. In her current role, she manages the day-to-day HR functions for both locum professionals and in-house staff, ensuring seamless operations and strong workforce support.

Enola is responsible for assisting locums on the onboarding process. Outside of work Enola enjoys cooking, hearing podcasts, DIY projects and spending time with her family.
