Clarity are recruiting for Staff Nurses for a Private Nursing Home based in Tipperary 

The Nursing Home is a private 50 bedded home. The aim of the Home is to provide person centred care and services to the residents which is informed bu evidence based practice and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide care to residents based on their care plan outlined their doctor
• Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions
• Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members 
• Report any issues that arose during shifts 

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Active on the NMBI register
• Excellent communication skills 
• Good time management
• Passion for the delivery of excellent care
