Clarity is recruiting for a Supervising Pharmacist for an independent pharmacy based in Co. Armagh

What you need to know:
This is a permanent role, which will commence ASAP. However, the pharmacy is willing to wait for the right candidate. You will be working full time (40 hours per week) including alternating SaturdaysNo Sundays, late nights or Bank Holidays. There is an excellent support team, including a Pharmacy Manager and OTC staff, to help cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the dispensing system used. 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Management of dispensary and a dynamic team
  • Responsible for all operations of the pharmacy
  • Looking after the Regulatory compliance with PSI Obligations and other regulatory bodies
  • Engaging actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence.
  • Any other duties as required
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
  • Good time management 
  • Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
What we require:
  • Registration with the PSNI
  • 3 years working in Northern Ireland as a pharmacist
  • Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
