Your Responsibilities:

• Dispensary Assistance: Support the pharmacy operations with precision and care.
• Customer Interaction: Handle phone inquiries and provide top-notch service to our customers.
• Prescription Management: Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Dosage Monitoring: Ensure correct dosages are managed and monitored.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork and monthly claims as needed.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to every customer.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in an Irish retail pharmacy is essential.
• Education: Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies (IPU course, etc.).
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the MPS dispensing system.
