Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy in Tipperary Town.

What you need to know:
This is a permanent role, 3–5 days a week (flexible days!). You'll be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays a month. There are no Sundays, BH or late nights. There is an excellent support team with 2 technicians, 2 pharmacists and shop staff to help cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the dispensing system used. 

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in the dispensary
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients 
• Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
• Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Any other duties as required

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
• Good time management 
• Strong customer service skills

• Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in an Irish retail pharmacy.
• Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course, etc.
• Experience with MPS.
