Clarity is recruiting for a Pharmacy Operations Manager for a pharmacy in Harlow, Essex.

What you need to know:
This is a permanent & Full time opportunity, with potential to consider a part-time contract also, working 5 days weekly. There will be no late nights past 5pm necessary & no weekend requirements. Training is available!
This Pharmacist be tasked with taking on the role of Pharmacy Operations Manager, leading our Pharmacy Services. This role is critical in managing the safe and efficient operations of prescription building and query management, ensuring patients receive their correct medication on time and in compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and Delivering Operational Plan - Develop and implement an operational plan for end-to-end prescription management. Communicate the plan effectively to team members, ensuring clear understanding and engagement.
• Continuous Improvement - Implement preventative actions to avoid recurrence of issues. Monitor key performance indicators and conduct internal audits.
• Team Leadership and Development - Set performance objectives aligned with business strategy. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and first-line employee relations matters. Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to drive team performance.
• Stakeholder Support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to provide expert solutions. Support NHS client relationship management.

• Registration with the GPhC

• Experience in an operational role, demonstrating effective management and efficiency.
