Are you interested in locuming with Rowlands? Make sure you’re set up before booking shifts and avoid missing out!

In order to work for Rowlands, locums will need to complete the starter form and locum agreement form. Unfortunately, we cannot book anybody who isn’t set up prior to any shifts.

Once you have completed the forms, please send them back to us along with the following documents:

• Smart Card (Photo)
• Indemnity Insurance
• NMS
• Summary Care Records
• Dementia Friends (Screenshot of your account)
• DBS
• Safeguarding Lvl 2
• DMS
• Bridging Contraception (Scotland Only)
• Pharmacy First (Scotland Only)
• PVG (Scotland Only)
• Flu (if you have it)
• CAS – Common Ailment Service (Wales Only)
