June 2020: Request a Locum

Following feedback from clients, we have added a new feature that allows you to request specific locums when listing your shifts.

When adding a shift, there is now an additional free text box where you can insert requests for specific locums for the shifts you are listing.

A screenshot of this new interface is below.

Any "Request to Clarity" is treated confidentially and is not advertised on our booking platform.

"Additional info" is advertised directly to our locums and should only be used for information about the bookings, for instance information about support staffing levels or access to parking.

If anyone has any other feature requests please let us know and we will integrate them into our booking platform as soon as possible.
