May 2020: New cancelation button

Following feedback from locums, we have developed a cancelation feature that allows locums to cancel days via their account on the website system interface, once it is outside three working days. Later this month this feature will also be available on the app.

The interface is as follows.

1. When you click into booking you can now click the "Request cancelation" button.

2. A pop-up box will then appear asking you to confirm you want to cancel the booking.

3. You will then be asked the submit a reason for the cancellation. Once this reason has been submitted your booking will be canceled.

Bookings with less than three days must be phoned and emailed into the office.
