Locum App Recap: 2 Factor Authentication (July 2022)

Keep your Clarity Locums account protected by adding two factor authentication. Once you've opened the app, navigate to the 'More' section of the menu bar. Go to the 'Security' tab and then follow the steps below:

Step One:

Turn on two factor authentication by setting the switch to 'on'. This will prompt you to enter your current password.

 

 

Step Two:

A code will then appear. You must copy and paste this code into an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator.

 

 

 

Step Three:

Once you have successfully done this, your authenticator app will generate a one time pass word that expires every 30 seconds. Enter this into your Clarity Locums app.

 

 Step Four:

2FA will now be switched to on. Hit the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen and you're done!

• Access and use your account safely, without the worry of being hacked.
• Only the holder of the authenticator app, alongside your chosen email and password, will be able to access your account. 
• An extra layer of protection to keep your personal information and documents safe.
