International Nurses Week - Have Lunch on Us!

At Clarity, we are thrilled to announce that we are treating our working agency nurses to lunch to celebrate Nurses Week 2023! We want to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication, and we believe that this small gesture can go a long way in making our nurses feel acknowledged in the healthcare industry.

Nurses play a critical role in our Irish healthcare system, and International Nurses Day is an opportunity to recognise their accomplishments and contributions to society. This day is celebrated on May 12th every year, which marks the anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth, who is widely considered the founder of modern nursing.

The theme for 2023’s International Nurses Day is ‘Our Nurses. Our Future’.

This will be a global campaign which sets out what we want for nursing in the future in order to improve global health for all by addressing the global health challenges we face. We need to learn from the lessons of the pandemic and translate these into actions of the future. The ‘Our Nurses. Our Future.’ campaign will shine the light on nurses and on a brighter future.
