From today all locums will be required to self-certify their COVID-19 status with Clarity Locums. This is a very simple process that can be completed in under 10 seconds.
When you log into your account, every 7 days you will be asked to complete the questionnaire below:
If your answer to any of these questions changes in the 7 days period before your next self-certification is due you can update your answers via the "Covid status" section of your profile, pictured below.
If you answer yes to any of these questions, a member of staff will be in contact to confirm details and provide guidance.
