Clarity Locums is delighted to launch Clarity Select for our locum pharmacists, continuing our history of innovation!

Clarity Locums strives to introduce new ideas to the market that help our locums and clients worry less about sourcing work and booking locums -  allowing you to focus on the things that really matter, whether that be getting a better work-life balance or putting extra money aside for a mortgage deposit or wedding. We hope our new initiative, Clarity Select, will help locums and clients continue to focus on things that really matter.

Clarity Select is a program that allows locums to earn a stable, weekly wage in pharmacies they prefer while getting access to our exclusive rewards and learning platform. This will allow locums to develop a more predictable working pattern, in pharmacies they know, while still maintaining a large degree of the autonomy that is associated with locum work. The benefits are listed below.

Benefits of Clarity Select:

• Weekly payroll
• Access to rewards, discounts and offers
• Access to our learning platform
• PSI fees paid after the 6th consecutive month of participation

Conditions:

• Locums must book a minimum of 10 days per month
• All 10 days must be booked before the 1st of that month. (ie. To participate in May, you must have booked 10 days for May by the end of April)
