Working with Clarity Locums as an agency nurse has many added benefits. Along with these we are constantly introducing new and exciting initiatives for all nurses choosing to work with us. A few factors affect the rate of pay, including the urgency to fill the shift, the client and the notice period.
As an agency we pay nurses €30 per hour standard rates.
Sundays and bank holidays are paid at double time. There is a premium rate for after 8pm.
Clarity is proud to work with amazing nurses on a daily basis and aims to give back to show appreciation for their hard work! When you work a month with Clarity you can claim back your NMBI Registration Fees on a yearly basis.
Due to the nature of agency nursing and the fact you are not under a contract of employment you do have all of the perks with none of the pressure. Only you can dictate when you wish or are willing to work shifts. The administrative responsibility is relatively low and you can keep well out of management or any other day to day issues.
All working agency nurses will qualify for holiday pay, this is calculated at 8% of hours worked. To claim your annual leave, you must submit a request via your profile on the Clarity Locums website or App.
If you qualify for the bank holiday entitlement or if you work on a public holiday you must receive a normal day’s pay or an extra day paid leave or an extra day’s holiday.

As our website and App are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week’ you can apply and enquire about shifts at any time of the day or night. Our team are rostered over 7 days a week starting from 8am to 11pm at night, including bank holidays; so we are always available and ready to book you in and confirm your shifts.
